City's Maintenance and Repair Obligations. Notwithstanding Section 9.1, City shall maintain, repair and keep in good condition any adjoining property under the jurisdiction of the Commission (other than the Premises), including gardening and landscaping services, and exterior bathrooms. Lessee shall provide City with prompt written notice of any required repair or maintenance item. City shall maintain, repair and replace if necessary all structural elements of the Premises. City shall be responsible for the structural integrity of the roof and its structural members.
