CITY'S RIGHT TO STOP THE WORK. If the Design-Builder fails to correct defective Work as required herein, or fails to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the City may, in its sole discretion, elect to order the Design-Builder to stop the Work, or any portion thereof, until the City reasonably determines that the cause for such order has been eliminated. The City’s right to stop the Work is in addition to the City’s right to terminate the applicable Work Order Package.
