CIVIC ASSOCIATIONS. The Board expects the Superintendent to be involved in the community, including in civic associations. As a result, and with the concurrence of the Board Chair, the District shall reimburse or pay the cost of memberships and associated costs for the Superintendent to participate in civic associations that are of value to the support of the District.
