Civil Rights Policy and Complaints. Upon request, Contactor shall provide the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Civil Rights Office with copies of all Contractor’s civil rights policies and procedures. Contractor shall notify HHSC’s Office of Civil Rights of any civil rights complaints received relating to performance under this Contract no more than ten calendar days after Contractor’s receipt of the claim.
