Common use of Claim Procedure Clause in Contracts

Claim Procedure. In order that the indemnification provisions contained herein shall apply, upon the assertion of a claim or loss for which any party (the “Indemnitor”) may be required to indemnify another party (the “Indemnitee”), the Indemnitee shall promptly notify the Indemnitor of such assertion or loss, and shall keep the Indemnitor advised with respect to all developments concerning any such claim.
