Claiming a Gift. 6.1. Gifts are to be redeemed at the point of purchase from the applicable MICHELIN / TYREPLUS dealers. For the avoidance of doubt, you cannot purchase Eligible MICHELIN Product(s) from one dealer and claim Gifts from another dealer.
6.2. Each dealer has been allocated a fixed quantity of the Gifts. You may check with the dealer if any Gifts are still available for redemption.
6.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Gifts are only available while stocks last and MICHELIN will not and is not liable for replenishing the supply of Gifts.
Claiming a Gift. 7.1. Gift recipients may be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form which, among other things, releases Kaspersky, the sponsor of the Gifts, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies, agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, from all liability relating to the Promotion, and acceptance and/or use of the Gifts and confirms his/her compliance with applicable terms and conditions.
7.2. Gifts will be sent via email to recipients by the Programme Centre within 4 weeks from the date of submission.
7.3. Gift recipients must provide your EMAIL ADDRESS in your submission ACCURATELY.
7.4. Xxxxxxxxx shall not be responsible for any error in sending the Gifts via email caused by inaccurate details provided by the Gift recipients. No resending of Gifts will be entertained.
Claiming a Gift. 6.1. The Gift is to be redeemed instantly from the authorised Michelin Expert Centre / TYREPLUS dealers at the point of purchase.
6.2. Each dealer has been allocated a fixed quantity of the Gift. You may check with the dealer if the Gift is still available for redemption.
6.3. MICHELIN will not be responsible for any dealers should the Gift be fully redeemed. No request of replenishment, or replacement of Gift will be entertained.
Claiming a Gift. 7.1. Gift recipients may be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form which, among other things, releases Xxxxxx Micro, the sponsor of the Gifts, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies, agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, from all liability relating to the Promotion, and acceptance and/or use of the Gifts and confirms his/her compliance with applicable terms and conditions.
7.2. Gifts will be sent via email to recipients by the Programme Centre within 30 days from the date of submission.
7.3. Gift recipients must provide your EMAIL ADDRESS in your submission ACCURATELY.
7.4. Xxxxxx Micro shall not be responsible for any error in sending the Gifts via email caused by inaccurate details provided by the Gift recipients. No resending of Gifts will be entertained.
7.5. It is the responsibility of the Gift recipients to keep the Reload Pin confidential, not share it with other parties, and to utilize it before its expiration date. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any expired, lost, or stolen Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload Pin, and no replacement will be provided for any reason whatsoever.
7.6. In the event of a disqualification after the Gifts have been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand the return of the Gift or payment of its equivalent value from the disqualified participants.

7.2. Gifts will be delivered by courier to recipients by the Programme Centre within 6 weeks from the Submission Deadline. Recipient or its representative must be present at the Mailing Address provided to accept delivery of the gifts.
7.3. Lenovo shall not be responsible for any additional charges incurred (including but not limited to charges for 3rd-party collection, delivery, insurance, etc) to customers who fail to receive the gift either by means of address error by the customer, or is physically absent during delivery, or choose to make special collection arrangements or pick-up services.
7.4. Gifts that are not delivered within 3 attempts will be forfeited without prior notice.
