Common use of Claims And Claims Review Procedure Clause in Contracts

Claims And Claims Review Procedure. The procedures in this paragraph will be the sole and exclusive remedy for an Employee, Participant or Beneficiary (“Claimant”) to make a claim for benefits under the Plan. These procedures will be administered and interpreted in a manner consistent with the requirements of ERISA Section 503 and the Regulations thereunder. Any electronic notices provided by the Plan Administrator will comply with the standards imposed under Regulations issued by the Department of Labor. All claims determinations made by the Plan Administrator will be made in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph and the Plan, and will be applied consistently to similarly situated Claimants.
