Claims Extension Period—Defined. For purposes of these rules, the “Claims Extension Period” shall be the period that ends on the 15th day of the third month immediately following the end of the most recent Plan Year. For example, if your Plan Year ends on December 31st, you have until March 15th of the following Plan Year to incur and submit qualifying expenses during the Claims Extension Period.
