Claims for Additional Time. § 10.5.1 If the Contractor wishes to make a Claim for an increase in the Contract time, written notice shall be given to the Owner within 10 days of the event from which the Claim arises. The Claim shall include an explanation of the basis for the delay claim and an estimate of the probable effect of delay on progress of the Work.
