Claims for Back Pay. All grievances must be filed in writing within ten (10) working days from the time the alleged violation was to have occurred. The Board shall not be required to pay back wages accruing and due an individual teacher covering more than forty-five (45) work days. 1. All claims for back wages shall be limited to the amount of wages that the employee would otherwise have earned, less any compensation that he may have received from any source during the period of the back pay. 2. No decision in any one case shall require a retroactive wage adjustment in any other case.
