Claims for Increase in Compensation. In the event Design/Builder seeks to make a claim for an increase in Design Services compensation or in the Guaranteed Maximum Price, as a condition precedent to any liability of Owner for any claim, Design/Builder shall strictly comply with the requirements of Paragraph 17(B) above and such notice shall be given by Design/Builder before proceeding to execute any alleged additional or changed Construction Work. Failure of the condition precedent to occur shall constitute a waiver by Design/Builder of any claim.
