Claims for Tax Matters. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the only Warranties given in relation to Taxation or any related claims, liabilities or other matters (Tax Matters) are those set out in paragraph 22 of Schedule 2 and no other warranty is given in relation to Tax Matters.
