Rates and Property Taxes. All rates, property taxes (including Stamp Duty Land Tax (“SDLT”) or Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (“LBTT”), where applicable) and other outgoings payable in respect of the Properties which have fallen due for payment as at the Closing Date have been paid in full.
