Related Claims. The Access Holder indemnifies ARTC for any Liability relating to Claims: (a) made by an Associate against ARTC relating to the matters set out in clauses 13.1(a)(i) to 13.1(a)(vii) except to the extent such Claims are made under written agreements which ARTC has with that Associate; and (b) for contribution or cross-claims made by an Operator against ARTC which relate to Claims made by the Access Holder or an Associate against the Operator.

Related Claims. For the purposes of the cover provided under this Policy all Related Claims shall be deemed to be one Claim, and such Claim shall be deemed to have first arisen on the date the earliest of such Related Claims first arises, regardless of whether such date is before or during the Period of Insurance (or any applicable Discovery Period). Related Claims. In the case of a claim which is related to a previous claim, the potential seventeen (17) week period of Income Protection shall be reinstated provided thirty (30) days have elapsed from the cessation of the previous claim and the commencement of the related claim.
Related Claims. 6.3.1 All Claims arising out of, based upon or attributable to: (a) the same acts, errors or omissions; (b) a series of related acts, errors or omissions; or (c) the same matter or transaction, shall be considered a single Claim for the purposes of this Policy. 6.3.2 All such Claims shall be considered first made at the earliest time that any such Claim is first made against the Insured.
Related Claims. More than one Claim involving the same Wrongful Act or Related Wrongful Acts of one or more Insureds shall be considered a single Claim, and only one Retention shall be applicable to such single Claim. In the event such single Claim triggers more than one Retention, the highest retention shall be applicable. All such Claims constituting a single Claim shall be deemed to have been first made on the earlier of the following dates: (1) the earliest date on which any such Claim was first made; or (2) the earliest date on which any such Wrongful Act or Related Wrongful Act was reported under this Policy or any other Policy providing similar coverage, regardless whether such date is before or during the Policy Period. In no event shall a single lawsuit or proceeding constitute more than one Claim subject to more than one Retention.
Related Claims. All Claims or Potential Claims arising out of the same Wrongful Act or Related Wrongful Acts are deemed one Claim or Potential Claim, whichever is applicable, and any such Claim or Potential Claim is deemed to be first made on the date the earliest of such Claims or Potential Claims is first made, regardless of whether such date is before or during the Policy Period, or if exercised, during the Extended Reporting Period or Run-Off Extended Reporting Period.
Related Claims. If related claims are made against you, all such related claims shall be considered a single claim, and the limits of liability applicable to such claim shall be the limits of liability applicable to the policy period in force when the act, error or omission, or earliest of related acts, errors or omissions, occurred. Related Claims. More than one Claim involving the same Wrongful Act or Interrelated Wrongful Acts shall be considered as one Claim which shall be deemed to have been first made on the earlier of: i. the date on which the earliest such Claim was first made, or ii. the date on which valid notice of circumstances was first given to the Insurer under this Policy or under any prior insurance policy of which this Policy is a direct renewal or replacement.
