Common use of Claims Payment Clause in Contracts

Claims Payment. a. Claims made in respect of an Insured under any of the Insuring Clauses applicable to the Insured shall be subject to the availability of the Sum Insured, and applicable Sub-limits, Co-payment, and Deductibles specified in the Schedule/Certificate against the Insuring Clause(s).
