Claims Submission Requirements and Deadlines. All Claims must be submitted in writing by registered mail or certified mail with return receipt requested. Except for Claims disputing the amount of Final Payment, all Claims and all supporting documentation and certifications, as further detailed below, must be filed within fourteen (14) Days following the date that City notified Contractor in writing that a request for a change in the Contract Time or Contract Price, duly submitted in compliance with the Contract Documents, has been rejected in whole or in part; any Claim which is not submitted prior to Final Payment is deemed waived.
