CLAIMS SUPPORT The Board shall complete and submit the Trust Plan Administrator’s Waiver of Life Insurance Premium Plan Administrator Statement to the Trust Plan Administrator for life waiver claims when the Trust Plan Administrator does not administer and adjudicate the LTD benefits.
Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.
Operations Support Systems (OSS) 47.1. Embarq will offer unbundled access to Embarq’s operations support systems to the extent technically feasible in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity. OSS consists of pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions supported by Embarq’s databases and information. The OSS element includes access to all loop qualification information contained in Embarq’s databases or other records, including information on whether a particular loop is capable of providing advanced services.
Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.
Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Xxxxxxx cannot produce documentation shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Xxxxxxx for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES This Grant Agreement is for the Foundational Year only. Subsection 1. Continuous SIA Plan Implementation (a) Increasing instructional time, which may include: (A) More hours or days of instructional time; (B) Summer programs; (C) Before-school or after-school programs; or (D) Technological investments that minimize class time used for assessments administered to students. (b) Addressing students’ health or safety needs, which may include: (A) Social-emotional learning and development; (B) Student mental and behavioral health; (C) Improvements to teaching and learning practices or organizational structures that lead to better interpersonal relationships at the school; (D) Student health and wellness; (E) Trauma-informed practices; (F) School health professionals and assistants; or (G) Facility improvements directly related to improving student health or safety. (c) Reducing class sizes, which may include increasing the use of instructional assistants, by using evidence-based criteria to ensure appropriate student-teacher ratios or staff caseloads. (d) Expanding availability of and student participation in well-rounded learning experiences, which may include: (A) Developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive early literacy practices and programs in prekindergarten through third grade; (B) Culturally responsive practices and programs in grades six through eight, including learning, counseling and student support that is connected to colleges and careers; (C) Broadened curricular options at all grade levels, including access to: (i) Art, music and physical education classes; (ii) Science, technology, engineering and mathematics education;
TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund: Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state); Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations. Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.
Development Responsibilities From and after the Effective Date, BMS shall assume sole responsibility for the Development of Compounds and Products in the Field in the Territory during the Term at its own cost and expense (including responsibility for all funding, resourcing and decision-making, subject to Sections 3.3 and 3.4), except with respect to the performance by Ambrx of the Research Program activities assigned to Ambrx pursuant to the Research Plan and as otherwise may be agreed upon by the Parties in writing. BMS, by itself or through its Affiliates and Sublicensees, shall use Diligent Efforts to Develop a Compound or Product in the Field in accordance with the Development Plan for the purpose of obtaining a Regulatory Approval in each Major Market. For clarity, it is understood and acknowledged that Diligent Efforts in the Development of Compounds and Products may include sequential implementation of Clinical Trials and/or intervals between Clinical Trials for data interpretation and clinical program planning and approval.
