Clarient Responsibilities. Clarient shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promote the Diagnostic Tests in the Territory, generally using substantially similar sales channels and methods and adhering to substantially similar standards that it generally employs with respect to its other products and tests. Without limiting the foregoing, Clarient’s responsibilities with respect to marketing and promotion of the Diagnostic Tests in the Territory during the Term shall include the following:
