Common use of CLARIFICATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENT Clause in Contracts

CLARIFICATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENT. 9.1 A prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the Bidding Documents may Bidding notify BCPL in writing or by fax or e-mail at BCPL's mailing address indicated in the Invitation for Bids. BCPL will respond in writing to any request for clarification of the Bidding documents which it receives not later than 10 days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids prescribed by BCPL. Written copies of BCPL's response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of the query) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the bidding documents. Any Clarification or information required by the bidder but same not received by the Employer, ten days prior to the bid due date, the same is liable to be considered as no clarification/information required.
