Common use of Clarification of Bids Clause in Contracts

Clarification of Bids. i) As per rule 33(2) of PPR-14, to assist in the examination, evaluation and comparison of Bids and post-qualification of the Bidders, the Procuring Agency may, at its discretion, ask any Bidder for a clarification of its Bid including breakdown of prices. Any clarification submitted by a Bidder that is not in response to a request by the Procuring Agency shall not be considered.
