Clarification of Tender Documents. 2.5.1 A prospective tenderer making inquiries of the tender documents may notify the Procuring entity in writing or by post at the entity’s address indicated in the invitation for tenders. The Procuring entity will respond in writing to any request for clarification of the tender documents, which it receives not later than seven (7) days prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders, prescribed by the procuring entity.
