Pre-Tender Meeting. The Procuring Entity shall specify in the TDS if a pre-tender conference will be held, when and where. The Procuring Entity shall also specify in the TDS if a pre-arranged pretender site visit will be held and when. The Tenderer's designated representative is invited to attend a pre-arranged pretender visit of the site of the works. The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage.

Pre-Tender Meeting. ‌ 8.1 The Procuring Entity shall specify in the TDS if a pre-tender meeting will be held, when and where. The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage. 8.2 The Tenderer is requested to submit any questions in writing, to reach the Procuring Entity not later than the period specified in the TDS before the meeting. 8.3 Minutes of the pre-Tender meeting and the pre-arranged pretender site visit of the site of the works, if applicable, including the text of the questions asked by Xxxxxxxxx and the responses given, together with any responses prepared after the meeting, will be transmitted promptly to all Tenderers who have acquired the Tender Documents in accordance with ITT 6.3. Minutes shall not identify the source of the questions asked. 8.4 The Procuring Entity shall also promptly publish anonym zed (nonames) Minutes of the pre-Tender meeting and the pre-arranged pretender visit of the site of the works at the web page identified in the TDS. Any modification to the Tender Documents that may become necessary as a result of the pre-tender meeting and the pre-arranged pretender site visit, shall be made by the Procuring Entity exclusively through the issue of an Addendum pursuant to ITT 8 and not through the minutes of the pre-Tender meeting. Nonattendance at the pre-Tender meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a Tenderer.‌‌

Pre-Tender Meeting. 15.1 If a pre tender meeting is convened the tenderer’s designated representative is invited to attend a pre- tender meeting, which if convened, will take place at the venue and time stated in the Invitation to Tender. (b) Non attendance at the pre-tender meeting will not be cause for disqualification of a bidder.

Pre-Tender Meeting. 8.2.1 The Tenderer or his Authorized Representative is invited to attend a Pre Tender Meeting, which will take place at the Office of the Chief Engineer, Road Infrastructure, Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike, N.R. Square, Bangalore – 560002 on 30.08.2016 at 1600 hrs. 8.2.2 The Purpose of the Meeting will be to clarify Issues and to answer Questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage. 8.2.3 The Tenderer is requested to submit any Questions in Writing or by Xxxxx to reach the Employer not later than last date of receipt of queries. 8.2.4 Minutes of the Meeting, including the Text of the Questions raised (without identifying the Source of Enquiry) and the Responses given will be displayed in the Website. Any Modification of the Tender Documents listed in Sub Clause 7.1 that may become necessary as a result of the Pre Tender Meeting shall be made by the Employer exclusively through the issue of an Addendum pursuant to Clause 9 and not through the Minutes of the Pre Tender Meeting and the same shall be displayed in the Website. 8.2.5 Non Attendance at the Pre Tender Meeting will not be a cause for Disqualification of a Tenderer.

  • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members. (b) All acts of Members to be taken hereunder shall be taken in the manner provided in this Agreement. If authorized by the Board, and subject to such guidelines and procedures as the Board may adopt, if a meeting of the Members is called Members and proxyholders not physically present at a meeting of Members may by means of remote communication participate in such meeting and be deemed present in person and vote at such meeting. (c) A majority of the Shares present at such meeting, either in person or by proxy, and entitled to vote thereat, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of such meeting, unless any such matter to be acted upon requires the approval of two-thirds of the Voting shares, in which case two-thirds of the Shares present at such meeting, either in person or by proxy, and entitled to vote thereat, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of such meeting. The Delaware Court of Chancery may issue such orders as may be appropriate, including orders designating the time and place of such meeting, the record date for determination of Members entitled to vote, and the form of notice of such meeting. (d) No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.
