Common use of Class Factors Clause in Contracts

Class Factors. On or about (i) the fifth business day of each month in the case of Multiclass PCs and related MACR Certificates or (ii) the tenth business day of each month in the case of Multiclass Securities and related MACR Certificates, or in each case such other day as is provided in the related Terms Supplement, the Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee, shall publish or cause to be published (or otherwise make available) a Class Factor for each Class of Certificates having a principal amount, and for each Interest Only Class having a notional principal amount.

Class Factors. On or about (i) the fifth business day of each month in the case of Multiclass PCs GSE Securities and related MACR Certificates or (ii) the tenth business day of each month in the case of Multiclass GNMA Securities and related MACR Certificates, or in each case such other day as is provided in the related Terms Supplement, the Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee, shall publish or cause to be published (or otherwise make available) a Class Factor for each Class of Certificates having a principal amount, and for each Interest Only Class having a notional principal amount.
