Common use of Class records Clause in Contracts

Class records. arrange for the Agent to have access electronically to the class records of each Vessel by either (i) arranging for the relevant Classification Society to give the Agent direct access to such class records or (ii) designating the Agent as a user or administrator of the relevant Owner’s electronic accounts with the relevant Classification Society; and
