Classification of Party. Each Party shall be classified as either a “Nominal Funder” or a “Full Funder,” as defined in Section 8. The classification of the undersigned Parties is set forth in Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by this reference. The classification of additional Parties shall be set forth on the Party’s executed Addendum Joining Additional Party.
