CLASSIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM RATES OF PAY. All employees coming under the jurisdiction of the Union shall receive an hourly rate of pay as provided in Section 13.2(a) or 13.2(b). Such rates of pay are to be considered minimum rates of pay and Employer may at its sole discretion provide greater pay.
