Common use of CLASSIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM RATES OF PAY Clause in Contracts

CLASSIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM RATES OF PAY. Shall be amended by deleting Section 6.2.2 and Section 6.5 It is specifically understood and agreed that the exceptions to the Agreement contained in this Addendum Agreement will remain in full force and effect during the term of this Addendum Agreement, and any extension thereof without amendment or modification, notwithstanding any additions, deletions, modifications and/or amendments of the Agreement that may be subsequently agreed upon by the Union and Saar’s, Inc. ADDENDUM AGREEMENT #3 BAKE-OFF/DELI AGREEMENT This is to confirm our understanding that employees performing work under the above referenced Labor Agreement shall be covered by all terms and conditions of the King/Snohomish County Grocery Agreement between Saar’s, Inc., and United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local No. 21, executed with the following exceptions:
