CLASSIFIED LAYOFFS. 22.1 The following procedures will be utilized for layoffs of classified staff. 22.1.1 For purposes of this Article, a “class” is any group of positions sufficiently similar in duties, responsibilities and minimum qualifications required that they have the same job title and salary range in the adopted Classification Plan.
