Clause exhaustive. The Pool Members agree that the foregoing provisions of this Clause 67, when read with the Clauses referred to herein and Clause 8.11, are exhaustive of the rights of suspension of a Pool Member's voting rights, of termination of Pool Membership, of cessation as a Party and of termination of this Agreement.
