CLAUSE I1 APPLICATIONS FOR PAYMENT AND SCHEDULE OF VALUES. (a) Princeton University shall pay the Contractor the Contract Price as provided in this Contract. The form of application for payment (the “Application for Payment”) shall be as specified by Princeton University in its discretion.
