Third Schedule. (Description of land:) Locality: Mineral Field: Area, etc.: Being the land delineated on Survey Diagram No. and recorded in the Department of Mines, Perth.
Third Schedule. The Principal Agreement is hereby varied as follows —
Third Schedule by inserting, in the paragraph commencing “Reference in this Agreement to an Act”, after “Act”, where it first occurs, the following — “other than the Mining Act 1904”.
Third Schedule. The State shall introduce and sponsor a Bill in the State Parliament of Western Australia to ratify this Agreement and endeavour to secure its passage as an Act prior to 31 December 1994 or such later date as may be agreed between the parties hereto.
