Clauses and Headings. In this Lease:
23.5.1 a reference to a clause, schedule or annexure is a reference to a clause, schedule or annexure in or to this Lease; and
23.5.2 headings and sub-headings are inserted for ease of reference only and do not effect the interpretation of this Lease.
Clauses and Headings. References to Clauses are to Clauses of this Agreement.
Clauses and Headings. Unless the context otherwise indicates, references to Clauses, Sub-Clauses and Appendices are to Clauses and Sub-Clauses of, and Appendices to, this Agreement. Headings to Clauses and Sub-Clauses in this Agreement are included for the purpose of ease of reference only and shall not have any effect on the construction or the interpretation of this Agreement.
Clauses and Headings. The division of this Agreement into clauses, subclauses and Annexes and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, any reference in this Agreement to a clause or an annex refers to the specified Clause or ANNEX to this Agreement. In this Agreement, the terms “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “herein”, “hereunder” and similar expressions refer to this Agreement.
Clauses and Headings. References to Clauses are to Clauses of this Agreement. Headings shall be ignored in construing this Agreement.

2.3.1 a reference to this Agreement or other agreement includes this Agreement or the other agreement as varied or replaced regardless of any change in the identity of the parties;
2.3.2 a reference to writing includes all modes of representing or reproducing words in a legible, permanent and visible form;
2.3.3 headings and sub-headings are inserted for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement;
2.3.4 where an expression is defined, another part of speech or grammatical form of that expression has a corresponding meaning;
2.3.5 a reference to a statute includes regulations under it and consolidations, amendments, re- enactments or replacements of any of them;
2.3.6 where the expression including or includes is used it means 'including but not limited to' or 'including without limitation';
2.3.7 a reference to any notice, claim, demand, consent, agreement, approval, authorisation, specification, direction, disclosure, notification, request, communication, appointment, or waiver being given or made by a party to this Agreement is a reference to its being given or made in writing, and the expression notice includes any of the foregoing.

2.5.1 a reference to this planning agreement or other document includes this planning agreement or the other document as varied or replaced regardless of any change in the identity of the parties;
2.5.2 a reference to a clause, schedule, appendix or annexure is a reference to a clause, schedule, appendix or annexure in or to this planning agreement all of which are deemed part of this planning agreement;

2.5.7 a reference to governmental agency means the Crown, any government, any governmental ministry or department, or any Crown, governmental, semi- governmental, statutory, parliamentary, administrative, fiscal, public, municipal, local, judicial or regulatory entity, agency, instrumentality, authority, court, commission, tribunal or statutory corporation having jurisdiction over or in respect of the Land or its use or both; and
2.5.8 a reference to any notice, claim, demand, consent, agreement, approval, authorisation, specification, direction, disclosure, notification, request, communication, appointment, or waiver being given or made by a party to this Agreement is a reference to its being given or made in writing, and the expression notice includes any of the foregoing.
