Liquor LicenceThe Lessee must not make an application for a liquor licence issued under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (“Licensing Act”) without the Council’s consent (in both its capacity as a statutory authority and lessor under this Lease) and the Lessee acknowledges that any application will be subject to the Lessor’s liquor licensing policy and that if a licence is granted: 6.6.1 the Lessee maintain any licence or such other necessary licences, permits, approvals and consents and the Lessee must not do, omit or cause to be done or omitted any act, matter or thing as a result of which any such licence issued in respect of the Leased Premises to be suspended, forfeited or removed; 6.6.2 the Lessee must not apply to the licensing authority to decrease or restrict the hours of trading permitted under the licence; 6.6.3 the Lessee must (at the cost and expense of the Lessee) at all times during the Term comply with, observe, carry out and perform the requirements of the Licensing Act and each and every order, direction and requirement relating to the Leased Premises of the licensing authority or of any inspector, officer or person appointed by the licensing authority; 6.6.4 the Lessee must not without the Council’s approval remove or apply to transfer any licence issued under the Licensing Act in respect of the Leased Premises to any other premises during the Term; 6.6.5 if the Lessee or the manager, licensee of any employee of the Lessee shall receive or be served with any summons, complaint or any other legal process or any notice of communication from any person or authority relating to the Leased Premises, the Lessee must immediately inform the Council of all necessary particulars and surrounding circumstances and events; 6.6.6 following the termination or expiry of this Lease the Lessee shall transfer to the Council or its nominee at the cost of the Lessee the licence and all other such licences, permits, approvals and consents.
Liquor Licence. ‌ The Tenant must: 15.18.1 seek the prior written consent of the Council before applying for any licence or permit under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) (licence or permit), or applying for any variation, removal, transfer, surrender or release of the licence or permit or nominating any person to be a licensee or permittee;‌ 15.18.2 produce the licence or permit to the Council for inspection upon demand; 15.18.3 comply with any conditions of the licence or permit imposed by the Council; 15.18.4 comply with all conditions of the licence or permit and all laws relating to the licence or permit; 15.18.5 not allow the licence or permit to be cancelled or suspended;‌ 15.18.6 renew the licence or permit and notify the Council in writing within 14 days of the renewal; 15.18.7 promptly notify the Council in writing if the licence or permit is cancelled or suspended or if the Tenant receives any notice, summons or fine in relation to the licence or permit; 15.18.8 indemnify the Council for any damages or costs incurred in relation to the licence or permit or a breach of this clause by the Tenant; and 15.18.9 surrender the licence or permit within 21 days of receiving a written notice from the Council, which the Council may give to the Tenant if the Tenant's use of the Premises is causing or likely to cause a nuisance to local residents.‌
Liquor LicenceThe employee acknowledges that the employer’s liquor licence is integral to the operation of the business and the employee agrees to be familiar with and abide by the Responsible Service of Alcohol code. The employee agrees to not do anything that would put the employer’s Liquor Licence at risk and acknowledges that any breach of the Liquor Licence or Responsible Service of Alcohol Code will be regarded as serious misconduct. The employee acknowledges that he/she may be personally prosecuted for any breach of the Liquor Licensing Act and that they are personally liable for any fines incurred.
Liquor Licence. ‌ The Hirer acknowledges that Quarry Caterer is the holder of the Liquor Licence and the Hirer acknowledges and agrees: (a) that the Hirer will comply with the Liquor Licensing Act at all times and all directions from time to time of the Duty Manager of the Site; (b) that no smoking is permitted in any licensed areas in the Site; and (c) that the Hirer will not do or allow to be done anything which causes or could cause the Liquor Licence to be cancelled, suspended, forfeited, surrendered, terminated or in any way adversely affected.
Liquor Licence. A liquor licence is needed to sell and serve alcohol in the Province of Ontario. For the purposes of this Agreement, alcohol shall be served by employees or subcontractors hired by Elements unless otherwise stated in Schedule A.

Liquor Licence. The alcohol policy at the Centre is that the Hirer is able to consume on the premises if they are supplying it for their guests. If alcohol is sold then a Special Licence must be obtained from Auckland Council and displayed at the event. The licence must be displayed on the premises throughout the duration of the function. Failure to comply may result in fines of $20,000 and/or closure of your function. With regard to the serving of alcohol it is the responsibility of the hirer to determine whether or not a licence is required from council.
Liquor Licence. The Operator must: (a) for and on behalf of the State, apply for and obtain the liquor licence(s) under the Liquor Act necessary for the Operator to comply with its obligations under this Agreement (Liquor Licence);‌ (b) to the extent permitted by Law, ensure that the Liquor Licence relates solely to the Site, Stadium and Sports Precinct; (c) at all times, comply with the requirements of the Liquor Act and the Liquor Licence, including: (i) keeping any records required by the Liquor Act or the Liquor Licence; (ii) paying any fees or other payments required to be paid by the Liquor Act or the Liquor Licence; and (iii) complying with and not contravening any direction given or condition imposed by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor and any other Authority; (d) without limiting this Clause 17.2, otherwise do all matters, acts and things necessary to ensure that, at all times, the Operator holds a licence, on behalf of the State, for the sale of liquor in respect of the Site, Stadium and Sports Precinct; (e) give written notice to the State of any notice, requisition, direction, summons or any other document whatsoever received by the Operator from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor or any other Authority in connection with the provision of liquor at the Stadium and Sports Precinct or the Liquor Licence within one Business day of receiving such a notice; and (f) not (without the prior written consent of the State): (i) transfer, assign or otherwise part with the possession of the Liquor Licence; or (ii) alter or vary the terms of the Liquor Licence.
Liquor Licence. 7.1 You must comply with the terms of The PumpHouse Premises License. 7.2 A cash food and beverage service is provided by French Rendez-vous café upon request. 7.3 We reserve the right to be the sole supplier of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food at all Events.
Liquor Licence. 16.1 The Owner acknowledges and agrees that: 16.1.1 the Operator operates licensed premises within the meaning of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) (or other relevant statutory provisions or any rules, by-laws or regulations for the time being in force in Victoria) (Liquor Control Laws) under a licence granted to it under the Liquor Control Laws (Liquor Licence); 16.1.2 the Owner (and guests of the Owner) may not interfere with or obstruct the Operator in performing its rights and duties in connection with the Liquor Licence; and 16.1.3 the Owner (and guests of the Owner) will not do anything which jeopardises or removes the grant, continuing grant or renewal of the Liquor Licence or any other liquor licence obtained by the Operator in relation to the Villa or the Resort.
