The expression. Subject to its Laws and Regulations, each Contracting Party shall permit the investors of the other Contracting Party to transfer in any convertible currency, income from- investments, proceeds of sals of their stake, or proceeds from total or partial liquidation of the investments" in Article-5 means with respect to the People's Republic of Bulgaria: -
The expression. Full-time Job" shall mean a job (whether permanent or temporary) which has been approved by Council with a work week of forty (40) hours.
The expression. The Chief Engineer" as used anywhere in the tender papers shall mean officer for the time being of the Government of Maharashtra who is designated as such.
The expression. “Bargaining Unit” as used herein shall mean the employees for whom the Union is the sole bargaining agent under Section 2.01.
The expression. Gross Selling Price" shall for the purpose of this Agreement mean the invoice price for Licensed Products sold by the Company during the term of this Agreement, such price not to include normal discounts actually granted, insurance fees and packing and transportation charges as invoiced separately to customers, and duties and sales taxes actually incurred and paid by the Company in connection with delivery of such Licensed Products.
The expression. Substitute Employee" shall mean a person who does not hold a full-time permanent position who is hired in accordance with Article 9.06 to temporarily replace an Employee who is temporarily absent.
The expression. “first Commercial Production” shall not include Commercial Production during the period of Early Monetization as permitted under Article 8.9 and shall only denote Commercial Production (including continued production, if any, from the subsumed Mining Lease granted under Early Monetization Plan) under a Petroleum Mining Lease (PML) granted for the Development Area.
(a) The Revenue share payable to the Government for early monetized discoveries during the exploration period, as given in Article 8.9, shall be calculated at % (X) (i.e. LRP rate) of the Revenue as determined as per Article 12.1.
12.3.4 The Government’s share of Revenue for a Month, when the average daily Revenue for the relevant Month is more than the LRP and less than the HRP, shall be determined as under: Government’s share of Revenue (Z) = X + [(Y-X) x (R-LRP) / (HRP – LRP)] Where: “Z” = Government share of Revenue, in percentage terms, at any level, which is more than the LRP and less than the HRP “X” = Government share of Revenue, in percentage terms, at LRP level. “Y” = Government share of Revenue, in percentage terms, at HRP level;
The expression electronic register of members" refers to the electronic register of members of the Company kept and maintained by the Registrar pursuant to Section 196A of the Act.
The expression. Outside Employee" wherever used in this Agreement shall mean an employee in the categories of General Truck Driver, Serviceman, and Truck Driver Helper.
The expression. “group” when used herein shall mean a group of employees, who may be in one or more classifications, the members of which are qualified to perform any certain specific operations or duties therein as specified by the Company, subject to grievance procedure.
