Claw Back or Compensation Recovery Policy. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement or the Plan, the Restricted Stock Units shall be subject to the Company’s Amended and Restated Compensation Recovery Policy (as amended from time to time, and including any successor or replacement policy or standard).
