Common use of Clean Air and Water Acts Clause in Contracts

Clean Air and Water Acts. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.). Violations shall be reported to the Federal awarding agency and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Contractor agrees to shall comply and assure compliance by its subcontractor with all applicable standards, orders order, or regulations issued regulation promulgated pursuant to the Clean Air Act Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 7401 1857, et seqequ.) ), and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 1251, et seq.).
