CLEAN AIR AND WATER REQUIREMENTS. This clause is applicable to contracts for an amount greater than $150,000. Contractor covenants and agrees to: a. Comply with applicable provisions of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 7671q) and standards, orders, or regulations issued under this act. b. Comply with applicable provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 1387) and standards, orders, or regulations issued under this act.
