Contractor shall thoroughly clean, using a germicidal disinfectant and clean sponge or clean cloth, the ceiling vent and light fixtures to remove all dirt, grease, particles, cobwebs, and other foreign substances. The Contractor shall not use a hose or other methods to accomplish this task.
