Task Procedures. The Contractor shall Perform the below tasks. The following task procedures are the minimum standards for execution of each task. The frequency of each task is listed in Exhibit E Task and Frequency Schedule. A. Maintain Floors Using Hard Surface Floor Care Specifications: Refer to Hard Surface/Resilient Tile Floor Care specifications (as described in Section 24 of this Exhibit A). B. Empty and Clean Trash Receptacles and Paper Recycling Containers: Empty all trash receptacles. Replace liners. Bag trash before placing it in the dumpster. Clean interiors and exteriors of trash receptacles of trash, liquid, gum, grease, and other foreign substances. Wash and dry trash receptacles containing liquids or other substances, which may cause odors, before new liners are installed. Place removed trash into the dumpster/container located in the appropriate location. Trash cannot be placed on the ground or on top of the trash container. Break down all cardboard and place in the proper dumpster. Clean areas around the dumpster. C. Clean Ash Receptacles: Empty all ashtrays, ash stands, sand urns, and clean with damp cloth. Wash all ash receptacles and replace sand material monthly or upon request by the Client Agency Designee. D. Dust Furniture: Wipe all furniture clean with a treated duster or cloth, including, but not restricted to desk(s), table(s), bookcase(s), file cabinet(s), shelf(ves), counter(s), and telephone(s).

  • New Procedures New procedures as to who shall provide certain of these services in Section 1 may be established in writing from time to time by agreement between the Fund and the Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent may at times perform only a portion of these services and the Fund or its agent may perform these services on the Fund's behalf;

  • Billing Procedures The Supporting Party will xxxx the Protecting Party for actual costs incurred for Assistance by Hire. Reimbursements will be limited to the provisions of the Agreement and the applicable AOP, regardless of whether or not it is authorized on the Resource Order or other documentation produced by the incident. Reimbursable costs may include transportation, salary, overtime, per diem and other approved expenses of Supporting agency personnel. Rates and conditions of use for the equipment and personnel are documented in the AOP. Parties shall submit a xxxx within 90 days of the incident. Parties must use their own invoice form for billing under this Agreement to avoid any confusion with other services that may have been ordered under other agreements. Invoices must identify Supporting Party’s name, address, and Taxpayer Identification Number (Department only), fire name, order and request number, and xxxx number and amount. Invoice supporting documentation must include description of services performed, period of services performed, and any applicable cost share agreements. Supporting documentation will itemize details of billing, listing personnel, equipment, travel and per diem, aircraft, supplies and purchases as approved in the attached AOP. It will also include itemized deductions for maintenance and repair of equipment. Department invoices will include “Record of Activities” (FSLA-5) and U.S. Forest Service invoices will include transaction register.   • RECOVERY PROCEDURES 38.7.10.1 The nature and severity of any disaster will influence the recovery procedures. One crucial factor in determining how AT&T TENNESSEE will proceed with restoration is whether or not AT&T TENNESSEE’s equipment is incapacitated. Regardless of whose equipment is out of service, AT&T TENNESSEE will move as quickly as possible to aid with service recovery; however, the approach that will be taken may differ depending upon the location of the problem.

  • Loan Procedures (a) Except for Same Day Loans funded under Section 2.2(b), the Company shall give written notice or telephonic notice (followed immediately by written confirmation thereof) to the Agent of each proposed borrowing not later than 10:00 A.M., Detroit time, at least two Business Days prior to the proposed date of such borrowing. Each such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Agent, shall be irrevocable and shall specify the date and amount of the proposed borrowing. Within one Business Day after receipt of such notice, the Agent shall advise each Lender thereof. Not later than 1:00 P.M., Detroit time, on the date of a proposed borrowing, each Lender shall provide the Agent at the office specified by the Agent with immediately available funds covering such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of such borrowing and, so long as the Agent has not received written notice that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 10 with respect to such borrowing have not been satisfied, the Agent shall pay over the funds received by the Agent to the Company on the requested borrowing date. Each borrowing shall be on a Business Day. (b) In addition to borrowings under Section 2.2(a), the Company may give written or electronic notice or telephonic notice (followed immediately by written or electronic confirmation thereof) to the Agent of a proposed Same Day Loan not later than 11:00 A.M., Detroit time, on any Business Day that the Company has not made (and will not make) a Same Day Prepayment. Each such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Agent, shall be irrevocable and shall specify the amount of the proposed Same Day Loan, which amount may not exceed Fifteen Million and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000,000.00) for any particular Business Day. By 11:30 A.M., Detroit time, on the Business Day that the Agent receives a notice of a proposed Same Day Loan, the Agent shall advise each Lender thereof. Not later than 3:00 P.M., Detroit time, on the Business Day that the Agent receives a notice of a proposed Same Day Loan, each Lender shall provide the Agent at the office specified by the Agent with immediately available funds covering such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of such Same Day Loan and, so long as the Agent has not received written notice from a Lender (before 3:00 P.M., Detroit time, on the Business Day that the Agent receives a notice of a proposed Same Day Loan) that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 10 with respect to such borrowing have not been satisfied, the Agent shall pay over the funds received by the Agent by a federal wire transfer to the Company’s bank account, which federal wire transfer must be initiated by the Agent on or before 4:00 P.M., Detroit time, on the Business Day that the Agent receives a notice of the proposed Same Day Loan. Each Same Day Loan for which the above requirements are satisfied shall be treated as being made by the Lenders (and shall be part of the Revolving Outstandings) on the Business Day that the Agent initiates the federal wire transfer, even if the Company cannot confirm the receipt of such funds until the next Business Day. Each Same Day Loan must be requested (and shall be made) on a Business Day. The Company may not request a Same Day Loan on any Business Day if the Company has notified the Agent that the Company is making a Same Day Prepayment on such Business Day. The Company may request a Same Day Loan on the same Business Day that it has previously requested a borrowing under Section 2.2(a) and/or on the same Business Day for which the Company has notified the Agent of a voluntary prepayment under Section 6.2(a) and such Same Day Loan shall be funded in addition to, separately from and without any netting for such other borrowing and/or voluntary prepayment. (c) All borrowings and repayments of Loans shall be effected in accordance with each Lender’s Pro Rata Share.

  • Funding Procedures Not later than 11:00 a.m. (Boston time) on ------------------ the proposed Drawdown Date of any Revolving Credit Loans, each of the Banks will make available to the Agent, at the Agent's Head Office, in immediately available funds, the amount of such Bank's Commitment Percentage of the amount of the requested Revolving Credit Loans. Upon receipt from each Bank of such amount, and upon receipt of the documents required by (S)(S)12 and 13 and the satisfaction of the other conditions set forth therein, to the extent applicable, the Agent will make available to the Borrower the aggregate amount of such Revolving Credit Loans made available to the Agent by the Banks. The failure or refusal of any Bank to make available to the Agent at the aforesaid time and place on any Drawdown Date the amount of its Commitment Percentage of the requested Revolving Credit Loans shall not relieve any other Bank from its several obligation hereunder to make available to the Agent the amount of such other Bank's Commitment Percentage of any requested Revolving Credit Loans.

  • Hearing Procedures The hearing shall be held at the earliest convenient date, taking into consideration the established schedule of the Board or hearing officer and the availability of the CSEA representative, counsel and witnesses. The parties shall be notified of the time and place of the hearing after ensuring availability of all necessary parties. The employee shall be entitled to appear personally, produce evidence, and have CSEA representation. The employee shall be entitled to a public hearing if he/she demands it when the Board is hearing the appeal. 18.12.1 The complainant may also be represented by counsel. The procedure entitled "Administrative Adjudication" commencing with Government Code 11500 shall not apply to any such hearing before the Board or a hearing officer. Neither the Board nor a hearing officer shall be bound by rules of evidence used in California courts. Informality in any such hearing shall not invalidate any order or decision made or approved by the hearing officer or the Board. 18.12.2 All hearings shall be heard by a hearing officer (who shall be an attorney licensed in the State of California) except in those cases where the Board determines to hear the appeal itself. In any case in which the Board hears the appeal, the Board may use the services of its counsel or a hearing officer in ruling upon procedural questions, objections to evidence, and issues of law. However, the Board must employ separate counsel from the one presenting the case for the complainant. 18.12.3 If the appeal is heard by the Board, the Board shall affirm, modify or revoke the recommended personnel action. 18.12.4 If the appeal is heard by a hearing officer, he/she shall prepare a proposed decision in a form that may be adopted by the Board as the decision in the case. A copy of the proposed decision shall be received and filed by the Board and furnished to each party within ten days after the proposed decision is filed by the Board. After furnishing the proposed decision to each party, the Board may: 18.1.4.1 Adopt the proposed decision in its entirety. 18.1.4.2 Reduce the personnel action set forth in the proposed decision and adopt the balance of the proposed decision. 18.1.4.3 Reject a proposed reduction in personnel action, approve the disciplinary action sought by the complainant or any lesser penalty, and adopt the balance of the proposed decision. 18.1.4.4 Reject the proposed decision in its entirety. 18.12.5 If the Board rejects the proposed decision in its entirety, each party shall be notified of such action and the Board may decide the case upon the record including the transcript, with or without the taking of additional evidence, or may refer the case to the same or another hearing officer to take additional evidence. If the case is so assigned to a hearing officer, he/she shall prepare a proposed decision, as provided in item Section 18.12.4 above, upon the additional evidence and the transcript and other papers which are part of the record of the prior hearing. A copy of this proposed decision shall be furnished to each party within 10 days after the proposed decision is filed by the Board. 18.12.6 In arriving at a decision or a proposed decision on the propriety of the proposed disciplinary action, the Board or the hearing officer may consider the records of any prior disciplinary action proceedings against the employee in which a disciplinary action was ultimately sustained and any records that were contained in the employee's personnel files and introduced into evidence at the hearing.

  • ORDERING PROCEDURES All task orders under OASIS SB must: 1. Be awarded by an OCO with a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) or by a Contractor authorized to use the OASIS SB Contracts as a Government Source of Supply 2.   • Formal Procedures 1. Upon presentation to the academic Xxxx of a petition signed by one–third (1/3) of the full–time members of the department/work area, excluding the department chair, stating specific reasons for recalling the department chair, the academic Xxxx shall promptly give fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice to all department/work area members setting forth the time, date and place of a meeting to consider the recall petition and to vote on either a motion that the department/work area chair continue in office or a motion to recommend to the President of the College that the President declares a vacancy to exist in the department/work area. The department chairperson/work area may be present at this meeting. 2. The academic Xxxx and an impartial person from the faculty at large, who shall be elected by members of the department/work area, shall conduct the recall meeting, and if the academic Xxxx and the members of the department/work area shall have so decided, shall conduct successor meetings for the same purpose. The academic Xxxx and such impartial person from the faculty at large shall record any subsequent vote(s) taken within the department/work area on this matter. 3. A vote by secret ballot of the majority of all full–time department/work area members shall be required to recommend to the President of the College or the President’s designee that the President declares a vacancy to exist in the department chair position. If a majority of the department/work area members so vote, the results of the balloting with reasons shall be forwarded to the President of the College or the President’s designee. The President of the College shall determine the recall or continuance within ten (10) calendar days and so notify the department/work area with reasons. The President's decision shall be final.
