Common use of Clean Water Act Clause in Contracts

Clean Water Act. The Contractor hereby agrees to adhere to the provisions which require compliance with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under Section 508 of the Clean Water Act which prohibits the use under non-exempt Federal contracts, grants or loans of facilities included on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) List of Violating Facilities.

Clean Water Act. The Contractor hereby agrees to adhere to the provisions which require compliance shall comply with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under Section section 508 of the Clean Water Act which prohibits the use under non-exempt Federal contracts(33 U.S.C. 1368), grants or loans of facilities included on the Executive Order 11738, Environmental Protection Agency regulations (EPA) List 40 CFR Part 15), and section 308 of Violating Facilitiesthe Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33U.S.C. 1318), that relate generally to inspection, monitoring, entry reports, and information, and with all regulations and guidelines issued thereunder.
