Application for Delegated State Section 404 Permit for Project Activities. In the event the State of Oregon assumes authority to administer a dredge and fill permit program under CWA Section 404 by the time a Section 404 Permit is required for Project activities, the Licensees shall apply for such Section 404 Permit from the Oregon Department of State Lands (“ODSL”) or other applicable state agency. ODEQ, ODFW, OWRD, and OPRD shall provide comments to ODSL, or other applicable state agency, in accordance with ORS 196.825 or successor statutes in effect at that time. Subject to consideration of any new information at the time of the application for the Section 404 Permit and consideration of any public comment as may be required by law, ODEQ, ODFW, OWRD, and OPRD shall provide ODSL, or other applicable state agency, with comments or proposed conditions that are consistent with this Agreement. If ODEQ, ODFW, OWRD, or OPRD provide comments or proposed conditions that would require the Licensees to undertake measures that are materially inconsistent with this Agreement, the Parties shall address any such inconsistency in accordance with Section 7.2.2 or 7.5 of this Agreement, as applicable.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.
