Cleaning Premises. Upon vacating the Premises, Tenant agrees to return ----------------- the Premises to Landlord broom clean and in the same condition when Tenant's possession commenced, natural wear and tear, casualty and condemnation excepted.
Cleaning Premises. Upon vacating the Premises, Tenant, agrees to clean the Premises thoroughly or to pay Landlord for the cleaning necessary to restore the Premises to a "broom-clean" condition, regardless of whether any security deposit has been forfeited.
