Shared Space definition

Shared Space means space shared by one or more licensees, which may include services utilized as part of sharing space.
Shared Space means those leased areas of the Terminal whose usage is shared by more than one (1) Air Carrier, excluding Baggage Claim Areas and Non-Preferential Ground Load Holdrooms and associated Aircraft Aprons. As of the Commencement Date, Shared Space includes some Baggage Make-up Areas, corridors and ticket offices.
Shared Space. The Renter understands that the Pavilion is also a private office rental for the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce/Visitor’s Information Center and other organizations and that they have access to their offices 24/7 (through main & side entrances). Renter acknowledges that those other organizations may be using their designated offices in the Pavilion during the Event and that there may be public access to those offices during regular office hours. Due to the layout of the Pavilion, normal office sound (phones, doors, people talking etc.) cannot be diminished and are to be expected. Renter also agrees not to enter the offices within the facility for any reason and to not request the use or contents from said occupants. Any unauthorized entry to these premise offices will be considered trespassing and will result in denial of future facility booking requests and possible litigation. Offices are protected by video surveillance.

Examples of Shared Space in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the parties acknowledge that a portion of the Shared Space shall be for the shared use of Licensee, Licensor and other licensees within the Premises (the “Common Areas”).

  • The use of such Common Areas shall be in accordance with this Shared Space Arrangement and any reasonable rules and regulations promulgated for their use hereafter.

  • Landlord’s consent shall, however, be deemed to evidence Landlord’s agreement that User may use the Shared Space, User Office Space and Shared Assets for the uses set forth in Section 4 above.

  • User is absolutely prohibited from making any changes or alterations to the User Office Space, Shared Space, Shared Assets or to systems and/or infrastructure supporting such areas, in each instance without Tenant’s prior written consent, which consent may be granted or withheld in Tenant’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Tenant will not be required to commence any repairs in the User Office Space or Shared Space until a reasonable time after written notice from User that the same are necessary.


More Definitions of Shared Space

Shared Space has the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).

Shared Space means that portion of the Centre which includes the shipping and receiving area, the aerobics studio and storage room, the fitness centre and storage room, three (3) multi-purpose rooms, male and female washrooms adjacent to the main corridor, youth room, multi- use/male/female change rooms, janitor’s room adjacent to the fitness corridor, handicapped washroom adjacent to the fitness corridor, therapy and first aid rooms, staff lunch room, lobby and corridors, vending niche, café and sitting area, basement mechanical/electrical maintenance space; and also includes those areas exterior to the Centre which include the east and south parking lot, the storm water management pond and wooded area and the driveway.”
Shared Space means that portion of the Building which is marked with an "S" on the plan attached as Schedule "A", having a Rentable Area of 289 square feet, more or less, and all rights and easements appurtenant thereto;

The Shared Space on Level 3/4 of the Building shall provide reasonable access between the Tenant Space and the Building-to-Building Skybridge.
