Common use of CLEANUP PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

CLEANUP PRACTICES. A. The Contractor shall maintain general cleanup practices to keep all streets, alleys, sidewalks, or other premises as free from material and debris as the character of the Work will permit, and upon completion of any part of the Work, shall as required and or as directed by the Owner, remove all surplus material, mud, rubbish, debris, or other objectionable items and leave Right-Of-Way and premises in a safe, acceptable, condition. Under no circumstances shall the Contractor allow any condition to exist which creates a nuisance, fire hazard, or an environment injurious to health or safety, or an attraction for children, animals, birds, rodents, etc., during or after construction.
