Clery Act Obligations. If ACC is using space on an ISD campus or facility in manner that gives ACC control over the space, including the assignment of an ACC employee as an administrator, ISD’s law enforcement agency will respond in a timely manner to any requests made by ACC for statistical information of crimes that have been reported at that location so that ACC may fulfill its obligations under the Clery Act (20 U.S.C. § 1092(f)) and its regulations.
