Professional Obligations. An employee's professional obligation comprises both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. It is a part of the professional responsibility of employees to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place. For example, while instructional activities, office hours, student advising, and certain other duties and responsibilities, may be required to be performed at a specific time and place, other non-scheduled activities are more appropriately performed in a manner and place determined by the employee in consultation with his/her supervisor.
Professional Obligations. (1) The Provider must comply with the following when providing the Services:
(a) the Pharmacy Services Standards;
(b) the Code of Ethics; and
(c) any professional requirements or regulatory standards that may be specified by the Pharmacy Council, the Ministry of Health, Te Whatu Ora, or a regulatory body, from time to time.
Professional Obligations. Educators are encouraged to avoid non-essential distractions of a personal or family nature during assigned work hours. Non-emergency personal phone calls or other similar disruptions during working hours should be avoided. Educators shall not bring their children to school on contract or professional development days unless authorized in advance by their principal.
Professional Obligations. Contractor must complete the minimum number of hours of instruction annually in the performance of the duties of a municipal court associate judge as required by the laws of the State of Texas and any applicable rule or statute. Wylie shall pay the reasonable cost of such required training, including required books and materials upon receipt by Wylie of written invoices for the same. Contractor shall ensure that official copies of records documenting such training shall be kept and maintained at all times. The Contractor shall provide proof of current certification from the State Bar of Texas on October 1 of each year during the term of this Agreement.

Professional Obligations. The District and the Union agree that each employee has a professional right and obligation to:
a) Discharge administrative and professional responsibilities of his/her respective position.
b) Provide services in accordance with District policies and regulations, state and/or federal laws and regulations and directives of the Board of Education and Superintendent.
c) Provide effective professional and supervisory leadership to subordinate staff.
Professional Obligations. It is mutually understood that the total workload of all contract and regular instructors shall include these professional obligations:
Professional Obligations. Provided an employee has followed the policies or procedures issued by CAMH, employees will not be subject to discipline or reprisal for the reasonable exercise of their professional obligations, including those related to patient advocacy.
Professional Obligations. Professional obligations consist of instructional and additional obligations. Instructional obligations will take precedence over all. Specific instructional obligations and the criteria for evaluating them are developed at the departmental/divisional level in accordance with Articles 6.10 and 7.4. However, this does not diminish the importance of additional obligations such as the following.
