Common use of Client Account Access Clause in Contracts

Client Account Access. Client is responsible for the confidentiality and use of names and passwords under Client’s account. Company will deem any communication, data transfer, or use of the Service received under Client’s account names and passwords to be for Client’s benefit and use. Client agrees to notify Company if account names or passwords are lost, stolen, or being used in an unauthorized manner. Client shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations in connection with its use of the Service.
