CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS. 3.1 The Client warrants that: (1) it has read and understood this Agreement; (2) it has been advised to seek legal advice and other advice on this Agreement; (3) it has had sufficient opportunity to seek legal and other advice on this Agreement; (4) all of the information it has supplied and will supply to the Firm is true, correct and complete; (5) it has entered into this Agreement freely and voluntarily; and (6) this Agreement constitutes a valid and binding agreement on the Client.
