Client Designated Security Procedure. The Authorized Person(s) may send an FT Instruction through a Client Designated Security Procedure, in lieu of a BBH Designated Security Procedure. As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below (such meanings to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined). Terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings accorded to them in the applicable Agreement.
