Customer Inquiries 45.1 Each Party shall refer all questions regarding the other Party’s services or products directly to the other Party at a telephone number specified by that Party. 45.2 Each Party shall ensure that each of their representatives who receive inquiries regarding the other Party’s services: (i) provide the numbers described in Section 45.1 to callers who inquire about the other Party’s services or products, and (ii) do not in any way disparage or discriminate against the other Party or its products or services.
Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. Clients in this context also include those whose needs are identified and catered for in settings such as schools and nurseries, that is, young children and school pupils dependent on the organisation for their educational and developmental welfare. Clients exclude internal authority customers (as in client departments) or external customers (for example, members of the public with planning applications), because neither are dependent on the local authority for their care and welfare. The exceptional needs of clients refer to those which are exceptionally demanding, not to those which are out of the ordinary.
Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.
Inquiries Respond to telephonic, mail, and in-person inquiries from Institutions, Account holders, or their representatives requesting information regarding matters such as shareholder account or transaction status, net asset value ("NAV") of Series shares, Series performance, Series services, plans and options, Series investment policies, Series portfolio holdings, and Series distributions and taxation thereof;
Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.
CONTRACT INFORMATION 1. The State of Arkansas may not contract with another party: a. Upon default, to pay all sums to become due under a contract. b. To pay damages, legal expenses or other costs and expenses of any party. c. To conduct litigation in a place other than Pulaski County, Arkansas d. To agree to any provision of a contract; which violates the laws or constitution of the State of Arkansas. 2. A party wishing to contract with the State of Arkansas should: a. Remove any language from its contract which grants to it any remedies other than: i. The right to possession. ii. The right to accrued payments. iii. The right to expenses of de-installation. iv. The right to expenses of repair to return the equipment to normal working order, normal wear and tear excluded. v. The right to recover only amounts due at the time of repossession and any unamortized nonrecurring cost as allowed by Arkansas Law. b. Include in its contract that the laws of the State of Arkansas govern the contract. c. Acknowledge that contracts become effective when awarded by the State Procurement Official.
